You may exercise, but we ask that you not do any intense exercise 2 hours before or after any of the study meals. 

Intense exercise within 2 hours of meals will have an impact on how your body responds to the diet. This can negatively impact our data. 

We also ask that you refrain from doing hot yoga or swimming during the study, as these activities are most likely to cause the glucose monitor to fall off or fail in recording data accurately.
